did anyone see that cardaccio made his international debut before his proper debut for milan? the guy obviously must be decent to come against france so i wonder when we will him see for milan especially with games in the coppa italia and league coming up.

Yup yor rite.

But i have 2 b honest, i watched the 1st leg between Juve & Madrid and wat i noticed pained me.

Juves backline workd as a complete unit, a whole.

Were as our defence feels like the four guys work independantly of each other, they dont cover well enuff 4 each other, get caught outta position, dont coordinate the offside trap as well as Juves backline.

Against Cheivo we were lucky wen Favalli suddnly inexplicably runs outta postion, gets caught out and the rest of the defnce have to deal with having to clear the ball, it shoodnt be like this!

Its tru Sam that our defnce has held up well but im puttin sum of it down to bad finishn by opposition strikers (theyre mayb takn tips 4m our own 4wards lol!)

If u count the number of times Abbiati has had to pull out a super save and the number of times wer u’ve watched the ball shooting over Abbiatis head, im cringn & wondern why our defenders arent shuttn down the opposition quick enuff.

u know what the strange thing is avia, that our defence has actually held up quite well (knocks on wood) inspite of all our dire predictions at the start…the lasw few matches and post, we all have been bitching about the striker issue and not about the defence! what a difference!

I like Ramos, but I think he’s strongest as an attacking full-back. I haven’t really seen him play as center-back and I heard he’s really suspect there. So, I’d rather Santacroce, or Zapata, or Mexes.

I Kno, i kno its only a sliver of a chance but has any1 read the story in 2days Corriere dello Sport regarding Milan attempting to sign Ramos from Madrid?? (again….i kno! but im so worried about that glass like backline of ours that i cant help but wishfully dream that we may land him!)

Sushan thank you for the comments, I really appreciate it. I am going through a very busy spell at both work and personally and I it has been hard to to keep the topics pumping, but something as intriguing as this was worth the dicussion.
