USA! USA! USA!
By: Gianfranco | June 28th, 2009There is this unwarranted belief that Milan fans should bow down to Brazil. Brazil is good, Brazil makes Milan a champion, Brazil has given us many spectacular players…Rivaldo, Roque Junior, Oliviera, El Gordo Ronaldo, and finally everyone’s favorite has been, Ronaldinho, who interestingly enough is probably partying with Adriano instead of making the Selecao.
Well I don’t buy into any of that BS. If anything Brazil owes Milan, Milan made your players great and you should bow to the Devil in Red and Black. Today I root for my homeland, and I do so with great joy as Sam’s Army can finish Joga Bonito for good!!!!!!!!!!!

Peter Crouch would be a complete waste…
I wouldn’t take him if he were FREE.!!!
please let that be a bogus article.
We should invest in the YOUNG Adebayor who has POTENTIAL to fit nicely into our system.! and the fact of the matter is, that Ade is the best possible striker within our reach… I wish they would stop bullshitting and bring him in.

And when do these dummies plan to strengthen the Mid & Defense.??? we haven’t shipped Dorf off, and we extended Favalli?!?!?!? wow. I’m not very big on mgmt at the moment.Posted from

GF, I second that…
I’d but Crouch & Fabiano in the same boat and let them sail far far away!!!
may they never come near MILAN.
Galliani has truly lost it!!!!!!!!!Posted from

I know you guys don’t follow the berlusconi affairs as closely as say roma blog is following the sensi-fioranello affair but I think you should as it has a direct bearing on the club, its finances and its future. Here’s a quick summation of recent developments – http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/features/2009/0701/1224249830409.html – people in italy don’t hear about most of this as berlusconi owns most of the media and has political control of the state media. but the divorce could lead to his fall from power, now he’s bringing in more legislation to make investigations into him illegal as he has already made himself unprosecutable but that may not stand if he loses the presidency. then milan would need to find another benefactor.

i think milan need to show some urgency now, we cant afford to wait much longer before bringing in the big names. People are becoming anxious, the club needs to act definitively now.

When I read that article to my dad, about Crouch, he snorted and said good bye Serie A.
This is really sad.

Just a terrible thought after all these transfer rumors …
Is there any chance that we might lose Pato before bringing in a striker? you know, if Chelsea offers something comparable to what RM for Kaka (or even higher)… I know this sounds crazy, but the football is crazy now …
Will our management let him go?

Haha, well said, Pera.

BTW, Madrid have really gone crazy. It would be nice if next season they fail to even qualify for CL.Posted from

Fad, with all due respect, Berlu is a big time business man who is very shrewd with his wheelings and dealings. Dont you think a guy of with his kind of clout and legal entourage would not find a way to safeguard assest like Milan? I am not defending him, or even praising him, but his last spell in office and his running of the team worked seamlessly, and this divorce is a small blip that I am sure his expert legal team will handle. Yes we may lose funding, but his loss of the team, or worse collapse of the team, is a far fetched fool’s belief.

Exactly Gf.I wouldnt be surprised if his wife ended up in jail.

who cares? if berlu has to sell there will be plenty of suitors, were a global brand, we have one of the best footballing pedigrees in the world, and we already have great training facilities and stuff.
if he doesnt have to sell he will continue trying t make the team beta

Pat I am with you in that regard, but I dont see how people can worry about a guy like Berlu, guy is as teflon as they come, he will be fine, it may take time to regroup, but club and owner will survive as always.

Oh if Berlu is forced to sel the club to that Ferrero chocolate guy or those Arab sheiks.
Believe me when I say you will see a massive signing spree like this club has never see before.
David Villa
Rossi
Cesc Fabergas
Zapata
Di Silvester
CissokoBerlu brought this club up to where it is (and all Milan fans should be grateful)…but he’s bringing down image, and stature of the club by his miserly frugal ways.
If he can’t continue to help the team progress/lead it to a new level of excellence he should bow out or the team will sink because of his stubborness and pride.
PRIDE IS A BITCH!!!

that’s a very good article, fetyani. we have to be grateful to berlosconi for the last two decades of top-class football at san siro but I agree that it may be time for a change.

I prefer Berlusconi and Galliani to the oil taicoons. Someone has yet to show me who would be better then them in the leading of the team.
