By: Gianfranco | July 11th, 2007Joan Laporta, Barca Chief, is looking like the only man willing and able to stop the Brazilian mongering steam roller that is Silvio Berlusconi. Laporta has said that the stars so heavily courted by Milan, Eto and ‘Dinho, are not for sale. I hope Joan is a good man who sticks to his guns and finds Ronaldinho more important than a big check for 180 BIG ONES.
On the chemistry front I do not believe that Mr Ricky Kaka will be all that happy with this move and all the money his Brazilian money will be making. The contract negotations with Kaka have gone on a bit longer than expected and he may be holding to see if he can make more scratch than his pal. This is starting to look a beautiful diseaster.
