Buffon’s wife said Borriello and Canna are the hottest players.. haha.. and we got Borriello, so I think that cancels out with Dinho’s ugliness..

I don’t like seeing Ricky all the way back though. Kind of stifles his effectiveness on the front end of the pitch.

JP.. lol.. that’s crazy attacking.. We need Flamini/Gattuso, no matter what.. Those two hold the midfield like no other, especially Flamini..
That way we have a good balance of 5 defensive-minded players, and 5 attacking players..
And then the depth is great too.. On the bench :
Dida/Kalac/Abbiati (hard to say who will start), Bonera, Kaladze, Ambrosini, Gattuso/Flamini, Pippooo

Oh and Antonini, Emerson, Oddo can hang out somewhere.. and my two personal worst players, the duo of Favalli and Brocchi.. ew..

GK; Zambrotta, Maldini (Kaladze), Nesta, Jankulovski; Pirlo, Flamini (Gattuso), Seedorf (Ambrosini); Kaka, Dinho(Seedorf, Antonini); Pato(Borriello, Pippo)
The players in brackets, I want to see in a rotation system..

i doubt Ricky will play back. maybe in some games. i honestly wouldnt mind that formation or any new formation. but i have a feeling that Carletto will stick with his ol’ beloved christmas tree. im sure Ancelotti has some weird type of christmas tree fetish, he probably has one in the bedroom, im not gonna go any further because it will only get disturbing.

JP, not really considering we were the most Jekyll and Hyde team in the history of…ever. 5-2 win against Napoli, yay…next encounter was a 3-1 loss. Every week we did well, we sucked as much the next week. It was mind-boggling.

Ah, we’re all posting too fast! My response was to your previous post on us getting 5th, JP. Props for creativity though.

with Maldini and rotation will be helpful.

Rule of thumb; when Kaka, Dinho are on the pitch, you can only put one striker.. b/c these guys need space to take on players and do all the fancy stuff they can do with their techincal abilities.. Put in two strikers behind them and that’ll be ineffective..

JP, as wonderful as they all are individually, it would probably be counter-productive to play them all at once unless Carletto can think up something.
And Fetyani…thanks for the visual? Erm…yeah. But I don’t think it’ll be a problem switching formations between 1 or 2 out and out strikers though, considering the players we have.
WE HAVE DEPTH! Muahaha.

lol another interesting fact, Brocchi owns this clothing brand with Vieri and their model is Seredova..
I wonder if that brand is as bad as the owners..

Bobo Vieri owns quite a few brands…doesn’t he have the whole “Sweet Years” thing going on with Paolo?

good job gigi, keep all the money for you. good thinking.
and let us not forget Billy Costacurta’s wife. former Miss Italy. Martina Colombari. who is keeping Billy at home to take care of the kids while she works, thats why he isnt gonna coach any team this season lol

Because we all love Brocchi and care about what he does besides soccer :

Aw, Billy. Yeah, I heard about him possibly coaching Piza. But he really does want to raise his kiddo, Achille (who is really darn adorable). He said he didn’t want him to grow up with only a nanny around.

Seedorf’s role was crucial in this Milan set-up, as the link man between midfield and the attack. He was always Milan’s barometer. The barometer last season was showing low and Milan’s lowly position in the league bears that out.
I don’t think he’s the kind of person to like the bench much but they really needed to bring someone else for that position, especially since they lost faith in Gourcuff full filling that role.
