If anyone missed it (like me) or wants to re-watch it, I have it saved (in English) at a very good quality on my computer, just send me an email at agiamba [at] gmail [dot] com.
Yes I know most Milanistas wouldn’t but I copied this anyways, maybe someone is making clips of Milan games.

The husband is a Juve fan, so we watched Saturday’s match together and trash-talked each other’s teams. Then he spent the rest of the day gloating. Dammit. That foul called on Maldini was pretty lame, too. (His reaction was priceless, even if you can’t read lips in Italian.)

Jessica welcome to the fold, your first mistake was marrying a Juventino, you are forgiven. As for the foul it was insane, and it makes me wonder if the ref has any idea as to what he was calling there.

Jessica great site by the way…

Hurray for new people
We are that awesome. Welcome Jessica. And Rino leave Milan? Ha! As if we would let that rumor be true in any, way, shape or form. Rino, as badass as you are, I don’t fancy your chances against millions of Milan fans chaining you to the San Siro, hun.Posted from

Thanks, Gianfranco.
I’m mainly a Pirlo fan (the husband calls him my “boyfriend”), but I’d be deeply sad if Rino left Milan! I so like the current team, there are only a couple people I wouldn’t mind parting with… But I’m not going to say who, for fear of starting a comment war.

Fetyani.. I’ll be watching all the Italy matches in Little Italy in downtown.. FUN FUN!!
FORZA ITALIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!.. jeez i’m so excited..

That Gattuso stuff is all BS.. I think goal.com was bored today, so they came up with that BS.

Oh Jessica, we’re pretty easy going around here. We may not always agree with each other, but our discussions have never gotten too heated. I’m a little curious as to these “radical” ideas you may have!
Um, plus, totally agreeing about the Pirlo-love. I believe us females around here have discussed the magnificent of his hair at least once, right?

Okay, for one, although he has his moments, during the two A.C. Milan games I saw at San Siro recently every single friggin’ time Seedorf touched the ball something bad happened. Every time. And when he takes corner kicks instead of my beloved Pirlo, I get very upset…
And for another, I’m just not a fan of players who try to get away with rough plays on a regular basis. It’s for this reason that I wanted Simic to get carded during the Juve game so he would knock off his shenanigans. He was just playing like an ass as far as I could tell, and there’s nothing interesting or exciting to watch about that kind of play (IMHO). (Bonera totally deserved his red card, but either I don’t watch enough Milan games to have noticed or he doesn’t usually do that kind of thing. Which is it?)

Hmm.. Ok honestly, Seedorf has been somewhat inconsistent this season; one good game followed by a bad game.. but then again, the whole team is inconsistent, so you can’t really put the pressure on Seedorf.
Individual performances depend to an extent on the way the team plays. If the midfield can’t really get the ball to the strikers, then you really can’t blame the strikers for not scoring. This season, the team as a whole has many weaknesses, and as a result, certain players have not had good games at all. Kaka, for example, was practically invisible in the 2nd half, the half where the whole team was doing bad. So maybe Jessica, you were just unlucky to catch Seedorf on one of his or the team’s ‘bad days’, which is highly probable considering how many ‘bad days’ the team has had.
My biggest concern is that the most of the starters are getting old, and they get tired easily, which ultimately leads to a very poor performance towards the end.

No one told me how to include a link on my name. I’m very unimpressed. :p
Btw, when you search AC Milan on google, this site is the 3rd link.. so three cheers for TheOffside.

Watching live, I was livid when that call came against Maldini, it seemed like a strong but fair shoulder to shoulder. On the replay you can see that it was a little on the back though, the shoulder blade area.
Jessica, I’m with you on the Seedorf subject. He has been poor in 08. Carletto should be playing Gourcuff much more.

Moka, put your site in the “Website” line about the comment box, it makes your name the link.
Jessica, I agree that Seedorf has been inconsistant, but I have to say that watching a game live is completely different than watching it on tv. I find judging of players is completely different based on which format you view the game in.
And yeah, that call for the freekick was complete bull.

can any of the girls care to explain how Maldini went from having curly hair in the beginning of his career to super straight hair now?

I love my Andrea and his incredible hair, vision, and heart-stopping passes so much. So much. *Has love for Sleepy*
shehan, is his hair all that straight at the moment?
http://www.acmilan.com/LM_Actor.aspx?idSquadra=3&idStagione=14&idPersona=5&name=Maldini%20PaoloHm. I suppose you are right, it’s less curly than before. Somehow I think that’s more because it’s shorter than it used to be. Or Paolo likes to straighten his hair for good luck?

Bonnie, yes, we most definitely have gone on about Andrea’s hair many a time
Someone (moka?) said that there was a positive correlation between how fluffy his hair is that day and how we play. I don’t think they’re far off.Posted from

And hair changes with age. Curl often goes as age increases.

have finally got over the juve match hangover - invited friends over, cooked the whole day, watched the misery, broke a couple of glasses, got drunk, ruined dessert and posted unintelligible and incomprehensible posts on the match page!!…so while this has nothing to do with why we all log on - just wanted to share it - of course, the video of il capitano cheered me up a bit…

to everyone freaking out about pato he has recovered and he will be back for the reginna game.

It’s called a straightening iron. Zlatan employs one entirely too often. Sandro even occasionally indulges, although to little effect; considering I’m pretty sure his hair has managed to eat people on occasion, it wouldn’t find digesting a straightening iron too much trouble.
