Maldini Monday

By: Gianfranco | March 31st, 2008

For any new readers, and I know there are a few…

Maldini Monday is where we honor Il Capitano in what may be the last season of his career.

He scored yesterday, and its not as rare as we think. The best part about it is when he does score it tends to be very special.

Ah, what a lovely montage of Paolo’s horrible hair choices through his career.

Oh, and his goals, too, of course.

some crazy stuff going on today.

-Ancelotti talking about that he dreams to retire with Roma.
    -Spalletti to Milan with Mexes.
    -Ancelotti to Roma or Azzurri.
    -Lippi to Milan.
-Seedorf pissed about our modern soccer (im with him on this one, im all against our contemporary soccer).
-Milan wants to get Cesar from Inter.
-Milan to resign Serginho & Favalli.
-Galliani continues to blame the refs.

*takes a deep deep breathe* im gonna go meet my good friend Jackie now. Jackie Daniels that is! i know its all rumors, but last thing we need now is stupid talk messing us up.

“Outside on a Saturday night in February,” Bonnie, “in a sleeveless shirt, singing ‘The Fog on the Tyne’”, as my friend put it. Classic Maldini, don’t you think?

Oh, and Gianfranco — when you were in high school, did you look as good as Maldini did even with the horrible hair?

honestly and im not even exaggerating. i would seriously take Maldini for one more season over Benzema + C. Ronaldo + Messi + anyone else. i know its absurd, but loyalty >>>> anything else.

Angharad, you’ve painted the picture so clearly!

Bloody hell, Oddo’s out? I know he has his off games, but there were also several games when he was our most consistent player. Damn it, why can’t we catch a break?

Fet, don’t even mention that twat Ronaldo’s name in the same sentance as Maldini. Classless piece of shit, that cunt wouldn’t know anything about the loyalty and values that Maldini has. I’m a little bitter about the Roma game right now.

lol bonnie, i hate him too. thats why Maldini over any young player doesnt matter how talented he is.

i knew goal.com was gonna have some sort of april fool prank and as soon as i saw Maldini pic i was sure its an april fool prank. i would sacrifice myself for him to stay, and the disturbing thing is im not sure if im even exaggerating! lol

due to our bad days, why not reminisce over the good time of victories and the misery of others :D
