Milan v. Arsenal, Winner Moves On

vs.

In all honesty I am to nervous to write a preivew, I am a bit supertitious and would much rather not jinx anything. The bottom line here is win, and when it all comes down to it poor play, injuries, and negative results have nothing to do with it. This team is capable and understanding of the task at hand, so I leave you with this.

FORZA MILAN!!!!

Thanks KJ, and Roberto, who earlier was a much bigger person that I could ever be and stopped over from the Inter blog to console us…

david, leave with the fact in your mind that even your classless, immature display is not enough to turn me off from hoping Arsenal can take the title this year. But that’s only because I remember that you aren’t what a real Gooner fan is made of.

Empoli on Sunday indeed…There used to be a time when we could say that encounters against relegation-threatened teams would be a piece of cake. Not so much anymore. This is going to be a huge psychological test more than anything. We absolutely have to show that we can bounce back from this.

“Niki”. Ro, you’re adorable. But yeah, he did, he ended up with a bloody nose and everything. They apologized though.

    Well said Bonnie, well said.

And I admit, I have a bit of soft spot for Cescy. So darn adorable.

I love how this went to Milan group therapy session to admiring the players that defeated us. ;)

mmm, yes, the Cesc is adorable. I also have a thing for Flamini, I LOVE the eyebrows. But goodness, they have nothing on the beauty of our boys, we just happen to be able to find the good side in anything!

OH EM GEE. Yes. Sometimes during a match you just have to stop and say “Damn. Our team is so effing gorgeous” It’s mind-boggling. I’m 100% sure that we have the prettiest team ever. No one comes close. Their new Dolce Calendar slays me.

Arsenal was better, ref sucked but it happens. Just hoping this will be a wakeup call.

BTW, lovin’ the pic of Emerson on the D&G calendar. The guy looks like younger and blacker version of Hugh Hefner :D

Haha, nice ealos. I personally adore the solo picture of Pirlo with his hand in his hair. He looks so suave and gorgeous. Duckie has some cute ones (though I gotta say, some of the shirtless ones are a bit awkward. Give him a couple years, and then he’ll look like a beast). Oo! and Gattuso looks so badass, as always.

I feel your pain AC Milan fans. At least you didn’t have the game in your hands, give up a easy goal, then face a team that essentially dug up the titanic from the ocean floor, pieced it together, and parked it in front of goal in the last 40 minutes.

    Le sigh.

At least there’s always next year. But that might be easier said than done for the both of us.

Thanks for the sentiments Ryan. Too bad about Sevilla, my favorite Spanish team. Let’s hope for better luck next year after some much needed changes during the summer (at least on this end), yeah?

This season, and especially today was proof AC Milan was incredibly stupid not to buy up last summer. You needed at least two strikers, and one midfielder. But nothing. Now your team’s exhausted, tired, and generally ineffective in attack.

i had a long long day, and all day i was thinking about the game, getting mad even more every second, mainly at Uncle Fester. but after a couple of hours of thinking what could have happened and useless fantasies, i finally calmed down, many thanks to George Carlin. so i come back home and reluctantly read the comments from the game, and the bald bastard says ” We put the priority on Japan and winning the Club World Cup. It was our choice.”

i took a deep breath and started to throw anything around me, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!! you are still going with the “we are tired” excuse!!! and saying World Club Cup over CL! Arsenal played 7 more games than us. most of our players were already rested. All i wanted to hear is, we have a lot of work to do in Serie A and even more work in the off-season.

Ro, i really really really really didnt need to see that picture. you dont know how much it hurts.

OH fetyani believe me i do know how much it hurts to see that picture…it’s like someone ripped out your heart threw it on the floor and did the hokey pokey and a salsa dance on top of it right?

Like Lfiction said its over and were milan so we will prevail…

maybe this was just the kick in the ass they needed…and not just the players but everyone in the milan camp.
