as far as i know he will undergo his medical today. thats wat galliani has said:

“Milan are also poised to sign Ghanaian striker Dominic Adiyiah in January from Norwegian side Fredrikstad, and Galliani added, “It’s all done. He will undergo a medical today [Friday] and then he will put pen to paper.”

The 20-year-old impressed at the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Egypt last month and was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament after bagging eight goals as Ghana were crowned champions, defeating Brazil on penalties in the final.

@ Syed – Would he be considered a non-eu player?

If so would this mean he’s not coming until next season?

I love this new direction we’re heading in. Balanced books and signing you promising players. Sign 10 of them. 5 make it to the top flight as good players and of those 1 maybe 2 become stars.

This what I often do in footballmanager.

Ariedo Braida has been Galliani’s right hand man for a very long time. I am not sure if Galliani will let this happen.

BigDawg – you will have to celebrate your b’day in the same way man! Wat did your pops make of the match??

    Ian – loved the “I’m-gonna-have-to-pick-up-my-game-else-Avia-will-buy-a-Dida-shirt-instead-Dorf”

There was an official Dida shirt in a couple of the stores i visited and i thought “Will i buy one now?” but there is still a long while in the season yet! :-)

Alex,do you know the story of the signing of Frank Rijkaard from Sporting Lisbon? Lisbon fans were so angry at their club selling their star player to Milan, that they gathered outside the club, determined to tear up the contract which would see Rijkaard join Milan. To avoid this,Braida hid the contract inside his pants, and walked out, thus saving the contract. So I guess if you get him(wont happen mostly),you can expect some smelly contracts.

Wierd, Ranjeet, I heard the same story about the Rui Costa signing from Fiorentina when Galliani had to hide the contract to stop the fans from tearing it up.

You guys can have Kjaer…we’ll take Ranocchia. Actually, you should grab Bonucci, he is quality and it’d be another ex-Interista who could do great wearing rossonero.

I have a video of Milan & Madrid fans kicking around a Juve backpack in the middle of town!

Is that because we’ve got both your numbers? :) Great videos and pics, avia, that’s real quality stuff. How did you get your tickets, officially or through a reseller/scalper? And if you don’t me asking, how much did you pay? I’ve been to 15 Serie A games give-or-take, but never a CL game.
