I sware I think I had a heart attack when who ever from arsenal headed that ball…I literally wanted to puke.

Pato was just suffering from a cramp and that’s why he came off…But Pato was on the floor holding his ankle and I almost cried again…I was like NO NO NO…and then I understood that it was just cramps why didn’t anyone go and help him? Why did they just let him lay there the only ones that went up to him were the ref and someone from arsenal. And then i feared the worst again when they strectherd him off.

I’m so pissed at our boys they should have at least tried! I mean Damn it didn’t even look like our CL Milan…It looked like they hadn’t prepared at all…It looked like they were pluked out of bed and were thorwn on the pitch. Nesta was surely missed after he left…He was the only one that was able to keep up with Adebeyour…Maldini worked his ass off tonight and that’s why HE”S OUR CAPITANO.

I just don’t even know anymore I’m depressed I can’t beleive they held onto a draw. Pato was never supported that’s why he was always back so far because we were almost always in our half.

all of their chances were from outside the box. (except that last one obviously, that was loss of focus).

arsenal in 6th gear pumping nitro couldnt breakthrough this defensive masterclass.

last time we played arsenal for the uefa supercup awhile back, we drew 0-0 in highbury then won 2-0 at the san siro. lets hope its a good omen.

I think it was the formation that really hurt us tonight, def agree that alot of players even though they were on the pitch were absent in terms of genuine contribution, worried by how easily Arsenal contained Rino, Pirlo, Seedorf, even Kaka only became noticable in the 2nd half.

I said it at half time and happy to still be saying it now, the goalie & defenders stood up to the interegation form the aresnal forwards.

Nesta & Pato possibly a worry now, hopefully nothing major!

I really wish Oddo had passed when he had the chance!

But i feel that we can take these guys back in the san siro, just hope some of tonights players turn up on the night!

kalac, maldini and nesta were the only guys who really did a good job…when are we going to see gattuso and janku get back to form…kaka, seedorf and pirlo completely suffocated…with only 2 players in the midefield compared to 4 of ours, aresenal creamed us..we couldnt hold on to the ball at all…oddo should just NOT lob…unable to generate any optimism for the home game, if they play like today, they will def score and even 1 goal for them is goodbye to our chances…certainly hope that nesta is ok…very very disappointing match, i think we only played for a draw..what happened to the best midfield in the world? sorry for the rant guys, but had to down a bottle of wine to survive the 90+ mins of heartstopping tension!

milan has played for 0-0 away draws plenty of times in the past… look at celtic, ajax in 03 and there are more examples in there but i just cant remember right now… i dont think my heart has recovered from the ade header that hit the post

Milan has to be thrilled to come away with a 0-0, considering the way that game went. I watched it as a neutral, and Arsenal had all the real chances at goal. That last-second header was a joke of a finish … when you’re in the keeper’s box, head DOWN, kids. Anyway, Milan didn’t get the away goal, but you bring a draw back home, and that’s better than the run of play. Let’s see some goals in Milan, eh?

Just catching up on some of the previous posts-I am keenly aware of the away goals rule and despite that I still am happy with the 0-0 draw b/c we were under constant attack and I didn’t see a goal coming (at halftime) our way. It will be interesting to see if Ancelotti plays with 2 strikers at the San Siro, I think he has to; and I think he was too hopeful for a 1-1 game tonight, his subs and tactics spoke louder for 0-0 (if that makes sense).

Hardest fought and luckiest 0-0 draw I’ve seen in a while. I knew Arsenal would be threatening but I didn’t see them throttling the midfield leaving us only patches of possession and no significant chances on goal (and no I don’t count Oddo just inside the box as a chance). There were significant periods where we couldn’t even get the ball past midfield-never thought I would see that from Milan in the CL. This could be costly domestically if we lose Nesta and Pato with 3 matches in 9 days coming up. Maldini was excellent in central defense but the hero of the day was definitely KALAC!! I hate to say it but I don’t see Arsenal folding as easily as ManUtd and I don’t see us holding them scoreless again-I think we are going to need 2 goals at the San Siro (calling SuperPippo!).
